The Lansing State Journal reports that the former Michigan State University and USA Gymnastics doctor’s attorneys filed a motion in Eaton County Circuit Court seeking a new judge and sentencing hearing for Nassar on three sexual assault charges he pleaded guilty to in November. They recently made a similar request in a separate case in Ingham County, where dozens of Nassar’s accusers spoke during a televised sentencing earlier this year of the harm he caused them....

But they know they can’t change everyone’s minds. “Our clinical trial is the largest one yet of ivermectin for the early treatment of COVID. When The Last of Us PS5 remake was shown off to fans, there was a mix of excitement with a bit of disappointment. Some were happy to see that the game was getting a visual overhaul along with other updates. However, others found the graphics of The Last of Us to be better than its remake, comparing images from both games online to see which was better. This has led to some believing that the remake is nothing more than a cash grab....

While seasoned players believe that Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s camo challenges are easier than Call of Duty: Modern Warfare’s, a camo bug is making the challenge completion far more troublesome than it needs to be. Not only are players losing progress made in certain matches, but having their unlocked camos removed if the bug happens with a completed weapon. Unfortunately, the issue has persisted since launch and seems to be widespread, with multiple commenters claiming to have seen their challenge progress reset as well....
